A transparent, four-stage process.
Self- and peer-nominations open annually. Nominators must be IHRMO members in good standing; nominees do not need to be members.
A panel of chartered members and independent academics reviews the field against published criteria and shortlists finalists.
Final judging is carried out by an independent jury, with any conflicts of interest declared and recorded in the awards register.
Winners and finalists are announced at the Summit and published in the Newsroom, with a lasting entry in the IHRMO Awards archive.
