Who can become an IHRMO member?
Any HR practitioner, academic, student or organization committed to the IHRMO Code of Professional Conduct may apply. Categories include Individual, Corporate and Student memberships.
Is IHRMO a certification body?
IHRMO recognizes professional standing through membership and accredits programs against the IHRMO Quality Standard. We do not sell individual certification exams; we partner with accredited institutions.
How is IHRMO governed?
IHRMO operates under a member-elected Board with an Advisory Committee. Governance documents, bylaws and financial disclosures are published openly.
Where is IHRMO based?
IHRMO's registered head office is in CHAPAINAWABGANJ-6300, Bangladesh.
How do I join a community or chapter?
Once approved as a member, you can opt in to community groups from the Member Portal. Participation is included in every membership tier.
Does IHRMO provide consulting?
No. IHRMO is strictly a professional membership and standards organization. We publish research and frameworks but never sell consulting or recruitment services.
